Our Process
Efficiency
We understand the importance of delivering your production within an effective timeframe. Our average Management Plan consists of a three week end-to-end production period. Times can however differ from each production.

Pre-production
Is the process of planning elements involved in video production such as pre-production, production, and post-production. Certain elements linked to pre-production include storyboarding, visual video story boarding, location scouting, set designing, contract agreements and call-sheets. Pre-production ends when the planning ends and the content starts being produced.

Call Sheets
The daily call sheet is a filmmaking term for the schedule crafted by the assistant director, using the director's shot list. It is issued to the cast and crew of a film production to inform them of where and when they should report for a particular day of filming.

Production
Production is a process of combining various material such as Panasonic 4K Camera, Equipment, Easy Rig, Tripod, Monitor, DJI Steadicam, Drone, Lights, Reflectors & Audio Gear.

Post - Production
Post-production is part of the process of video production consisting of editing on Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, sound, soundtrack, graphics and colour-grading.

Delivery of Project
BM Film Productions will use all reasonable efforts in the development of the Project and endeavour to complete and deliver to Client the completed Project no later than Delivery Date specified in Addendum A by an approved party, provided that payment and all requested materials and instructions have been received by BM Film Productions from Client. Any delay in the completion of the Project due to actions or negligence of Client, transportation delays, illness, or circumstances outside the control of BM Film Productions shall alter the delivery date. BM Film Productions will make reasonable effort to notify Client of any delays to the estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

Cinematographer/Director/Producer
Breannah Mitchell of BM Film Productions will storyboard, locate talent, organise talent, organised allocated roles, provide talent release forms, call sheets, sourcing of props in consideration of clients budget with client to purchase and deliver to set within agreed time frame before shooting, provision of camera equipment, editing equipment & delivery of videos.

Assistant Director/Grips
Camera Assistant of BM Film Productions will assist the Director on set to ensure continuity in schedule, talent as well as general on set duties such as setting up/breaking down equipment.
Producer

Producer
A person who oversees film production either employed by a production company or working independently. Producers plan and coordinate various aspects of film production, such as selecting the script, coordinate writing, direct, edit and arrange financing.
Script writing
The process of writing stories in the screenplay medium including documenting the movement, actions, expression, and dialogue of the characters in screenplay format.
Journalism
To educate the public about events and issues and how they affect their lives. Journalists spend much of their time interviewing expert sources. In this case the Journalist would interview relevant business owners to source information pertaining to their business as well as conduct further research on the business operations as well as visit and source suitable locations in line with the script.
